William Dames – President

A 25-year Police Officer, currently working with the West Palm Beach Police Department as a Community Response Team member.  Officer Dames meets with community groups. associations and businesses to identify crime issues and work together to find solutions.  Officer Dames is also an iHeart Radio commentator.  Involved in multiple community events.  He is a former military officer and SWAT team member and has worked as an Undercover Narcotics Officer, Field Training Officer, Road Patrolman, Honor Guard, and a Police Instructor and Recruiter.

Gwynne Friters – Vice President

Officer Gwynne Friters is an officer with the Boca Raton Police Services Department, serving in the Crime Prevention Unit. She has been a member of the PBCCPOA for ten years and enjoys serving on the Executive Board.  Officer Friters is a Florida Certified Crime Prevention Practitioner and Instructor.  She addresses security concerns and conducts site assessments for residences, businesses, schools, and churches, focusing on solutions-oriented policing.

Dennis Marinan – Treasurer

Dennis Marinan is the Director of Security for Trump National Golf Club Jupiter.  He has worked in Security for 25 years. He was formerly the Director of Security for Admiral’s Cove.  He was Security Manager in the corporate office for Elite Protection Services for eight years.

Lenny L. Neff – Secretary

Lenny L. Neff is the Chief of Safety and Security at a high-end gated country club community in Northern Palm Beach county, who oversees the operations and staff that protect the quality of life of its residents.  Before his current position, Lenny spent 19 years as a Regional Manager for a contract security company and a Counterintelligence Agent with the U.S. Army.

Rev./Dr. Lisa Robinson – Executive Director

Rev., Dr. Lisa Robinson recently relocated to Florida after graduating from Princeton Theological Seminary and is serving as Pastor at Bethlehem Baptist Church in West Palm Beach.  She is also a business and financial consultant with a passion for service the community. With a Ph.D. in Social Justice, she works with businesses, non-profits, and faith-based  organizations  around the world to teach, preach and conduct research, business and grant-writing seminars.

Nancy McBride – First Vice President

Nancy is an Operations Coordinator with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) Special Investigations Division, Missing Persons.  Nancy joined PBSO in August, 2018, after a 30 year career in Missing & exploited children.  Nancy has been a child advocate during her entire career, working in the area of child safety and education.  She has provided numerous presentations and created materials to help keep children safer and educate families and communities about potential safety risks to children.

Caroline Ramsey-Hamilton – Deputy Secretary-Treasurer

Caroline Ramsey-Hamilton is a Security Expert working with hundreds of clients to conduct Security Risk Assessments and Compliance Audits.  Caroline specializes in Active Shooter and Workplace Violence Programs, and Assessments, Training and Drills.  She also works with law firms, hospitals and healthcare to develop CMS and OSHA Compliance programs.

Debra Tendrich – Executive Board Member

Debra is the Founder and CEO of a non-profit called Eat Better, Live Better, created to combat and control childhood obesity. She works with many local organizations to improve nutrition. Debra was honored by the Association of Women in communications and is also an active member of the AWCSF. She was also awarded a Certificate of Community Service and Dedication by the Guardian Angels.

Misha Meyer – Executive Board Member

C. Ron Allen – Executive Board Member

Accomplished entrepreneur,  communications expert, Pulitzer Prize nominated Journalist, US Naval Executive Officer  and an active Board Member for multiple non-profit entities that are each dedicated to providing assistance to at-risk children.

Gary Lippman – General Counsel

Gary E. Lippman is the PBCCPOA General Counsel. Attorney Lippman has been representing unions, individual union members and employees for most of his 30+ years in practice; more than half of which time he represented Florida law enforcement and corrections officers.
